Mike Shoemaker founded Northern Builders in Essex, Vermont in 1981 and incorporated in 1987. Over the last three decades, we've built hundreds of garages, barns and installed vinyl siding on many houses. Our dedication to providing top quality work at competitive prices while striving to be on-time and on-budget has served us well. Today Northern Builders in Williston, Vermont, serves all of Chittenden County.

"I had a garage sale today and I lost count of how many people complimented your work, from foundation to finish. They were much more interested in the garage construction than what I had to sell.
They were in awe of the shiny floor, the curved edge of the slab in the front, the wrapping and vents; a much more "finished product" than they'd seen in others.
